Bitterroot Candles started off as a hobby for us in 2007.  Through trade shows and farmers markets, customers commented on the quality of the workmanship and affordable price so we decided to make an online store for this.  We decided to use soy wax because it burns longer and has a decreased amount of soot left behind in your house.  Also the wicks we use have no lead in them.  Our candles are scented all the way through plus we do not put in additives to our candles.   We hope you enjoy our candles as much as we do!!  Please feel free to contact us with any questions or special orders you may have.  Steven and Theresa
